Mortar / Cement Mixer ToniMIX

The ToniMIX Standard is a laboratory mixer in a very robust, durable design with a hollow profile housing. A three-phase motor drives the planetary gear via a toothed belt.

The standard sand is automatically added to the bowl via a sand feeding system in accordance with the sequence program.

The mixer is available with an automatic water dosing system that adds 225 ml (EN) or 242 ml (ASTM) of water with an accuracy of ±1 ml. Alternatively, the unit can be equipped with a switchable water dosing system that can dose both 225 ml and 242 ml. The water dosing systems are supplied with a 10 l water reservoir. An additional feed opening allows the addition of aggregates during the mixing process.

A seven inch touch screen display, two buttons for Start/Stop and an emergency stop switch are installed as operating elements.

The ToniMIX Visco-Expert is the high-end version of the established ToniMIX series. This mixer is operated by an user-friendly, intuitive software via the touchscreen display.

The motor speed is controlled electronically, the number of revolutions is variably adjustable.

The ToniMIX Visco-Expert is equipped with a variable water dosing system. The water can be dosed with an accuracy of ±1 ml and in a total quantity of 1 ml to 500 ml.

The mixing takes place in a standard-compliant mixing bowl made of stainless steel. A lifting device with lever operation and spring support facilitates quick installation and removal of the mixing bowl.

The mixing tool is a low-wear, standard-compliant stirrer made of stainless steel, that can be easily replaced via a high-precision and durable backlashfree quick-release fastener.

After selecting and starting the mixing program via the display, the automatic program controls the entire mixing process including the addition of the sand and the water.

During the mixing process, the current action, its duration, the current stirring speed, the total time and the subsequent action are shown on the display.
